Overall cleanliness needs attention, no fridge in room as advertised, staff were member who checked us in was lovely and had great customer service skills.
Rooms were outdated, and very poorly kept. Floor and bathrooms were disgusting. Room was full of cockroaches!! I only stayed the one night (just!..) but booked for more!. Left at first light to greener pastures!…
Nice size bathroom facilities compared to other Ibis Budgets we have stayed at. After hours check-in process was communicated well and staff on check out were friendly.
