I stay here a lot. The staff is great, not just to me who is a frequent traveler, but to everyone. Yesterday when I chucked in, two of the desk staff were helping a woman who did not speak much English, so communications were difficult. They were very patiently and earnestly trying to help her recover her cellphone which she had left in a taxi. I went to my room after my quick check in, but i am sure they got her cellphone back for her.
