Fabulous location, excellent staff, and service
Pros:The Staff, the cleanliness, the access to the beach and overall location. The treats and service on the beach , music in the grill restaurant .
Cons:Make the restaurants/ lounge/cigar bar less expensive , as that would encourage the patrons to use them more. Then the atmosphere/ambience would impr
Location:The location is the best in Dubai, easy access to the Malls, restaurants, beach and transport services. Fabulous
Hotel is in a fantastic location, with the most wonderful courteous staff. The main thing we were disappointed with was the fact that the property was not being utilised by the guests. . Eg the beautiful lounge/cigar bar and suspect restaurants, lacked the atmosphere mainly because the guests were not Patronising them. We suspect because they are too expensive. Drinks coffees were way too expensive. Love the service and extras at the beach just world class standard.
We appreciated all the Ritz had to offer, but it is a shame that more clientele were not using the facilities. Breakfast Bar fabulous .

Great hotel right on the beach
Pros:The rooms, pools and being right on the beach
Cons:Having free wifi in your room
Location:The location is right on the beach and you had the beach walk just outside your door. The tram & train were close by.
We found the staff and facilities to be everything that we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The only negative was not having free wifi in your room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Simply walk outside to smell the salt air and watch the ocean waves from the sand beach. Sit back and relax on the beach with complimentary cabanas, umbrellas, and sun loungers. At The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai you can cool off in one of the 6 outdoor swimming pools and indulge in a pampering afternoon at the full-service spa. There are 8 restaurants on site, along with a coffee shop/café. For a drink, you can stop by one of the onsite bars, including 2 swim-up bars and 2 bars/lounges. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. This luxury hotel also offers a complimentary children's club, a children's pool, and outdoor tennis courts. Free self parking and valet parking are available. This 5-star Dubai hotel is smoke free.
