The staff were very nice, cheerful and helpful. Hlui booked me the taxi straight away on the morning of my departure, the taxi arrived in no time. The only thing is missing is the shutter bus: on my arrival at airport, I was told that I would have to wait 4 hours to get the next free service to the hotel...and in the morning the first shuttle is at 4am and the 2nd at 6am. It would be great to have more services maybe each hour would be better.
