We stayed only 1 night to go to a concert at the State Theatre which was directly opposite the Hotel. Beautiful Hotel with all the amenities you would expect in a 5 star Hotel. Above the Westfield Myer Centre and 50 meters to the Pitt Street Mall, this was the perfect location for us. Staff were very helpful, room service was fast, very happy with everything.
We caught a train from the Airport to Town Hall and it is a very short walk to the Hotel. We only had an overnight bag so we didn't have to struggle with luggage.

Having never stayed in backpapcker accommodation before I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The rooms were modern and clean, with bathrooms cleaned 5 times per day. The storage cupboard was capacious, and with the addition of a lock (purchased at vending machine on ground floor) I felt my belongings were secure. A handy bedside light for each bed, which could be dimmed, made it comfortable to read by, without compromising others' sleep.

Stayed here overnight on a recent business trip as it was close to my meeting places. Facilities of hotel are generally good with friendly reception staff. Good breakfast, plenty of off street parking and has a wifi setup (pay for use). The hotel is only 100 metres to the beach and about 200 metres to Cavill Ave in the centre of Surfers Paradise. There is a light rail stop nearby linking from the Griffith University and south to Broadbeach near Pacific Fair shopping centre.
