They gave my room away and refused to even help me get another room. I asked to used their wifi and the guy in charge said “no wifi”. This was early in the morning, so I was left stranded. Also, the property has to sigh.

Disgusting room with owner who dont give a shit
The receptionist didnt know the name of tbe hotel it is advertised on Hotel.com so he told me its the wrong, there was no sign outside the building. I had to ask a 2 guys walking out who happened to be the owner. When he finally check my credentials he open up a door adjacent to the front desk to say this is the room. Nothing like the photos in the hotel.com and to top it off theres no bathroom. My only explanation for this room is for prostitutes to hire out for a quicky. When i told them its not what they advertised they said its not their problem they dont care and i should complain to hotel.com. The owner return and he just looked at me and kept walking I left the venue and spend the night in the airport for my next day flight. Its been the most disturbing booking ever experience. Pity i didn't get a chance to take a photo.

Hotel Management didn't accept my booking through expedia.co.in. because manager says Bangladeshi isn't allowed this hotel. For this reason I have a big problem. Last of all I am trying to contact your customer service but I can't. So what is your next step to solve my problem.. I am already pay the hotel bill through my credit card.
