We stayed in this property a year ago and it was a good economy option. This time the view of the river was obstructed with homeless camps. There was a hallway shouting match with capital crimes threatened at 3 in the morning. Second year the pool was not usable. Too bad because the beds are really comfortable and access to riverside park is right there.

Pool was down for repairs which was not disclosed when I booked. LOUD guests jumping on the floor above us until 2am. Breakfast pictures showed a waffle maker which they did not have.

Over-priced, terrible condition - pool closed
This hotel is in terrible condition and is grossly over-priced for what it is. We paid $168 a night to stay here when a nearby $70 a night hotel would have been a far better experience - the windows don't have screens and the entire property need a remodel - the rooms are so worn they seem impossible to actually clean. The pool was closed - we were told they were "waiting for a part" but the windows were papered over and no adjustment was made in the room price. The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and most of the common areas smelled of it as well. Most of the windows either don't have screens or the screen is broken and the room was stuffy. A friend's first floor room window once opened, wouldn't close. Lots of homeless men hanging around the side entrances of the hotel as well and those doors do not lock - completely unsecured Do not stay here. Literally anywhere else would be better.

Hot tub and pool were broken, clerk was super rude and scummy. We went to Holiday inn down the street and we're much happier. Total hassle to get a refund. Would not stay there ever.
