The hotel and rooms were great, excellent area. Our only complaint was the placebo air conditioning. I think it is only there for the visual effect. It was hot throughout the hotel. If you’re used to air conditioning, this is not the place.

The staff and service here are excellent, especially Spiros who looked after us on the Rooftop bar. Beautiful views and great cocktails. A vintage hotel, our room was spotless and comfortable though basic. The location cannot be beaten. We stayed two nights, walking around the old town. The breakfast is sadly lacking in quality but was sufficient for our short stay. I would stay here again.

The location was unbeatable…at the end of Liston, facing a park, the old fort, the Ionian Sea and the Albanian mountains beyond. Simply breathtaking!

A good location on the edge of town. Parking is a real problem, although there is a paid for carpark within walking distance. Breakfast was great and there was a good varirty to choose from. Brakfast went from 7.30- 10.30 am so was never too busy.

No internet connection. No a/c. No welcome drink. Noisy at night. Extra city tax fees. VERY !!! rude Manager who never apologized for all trouble and suggested to get out to another hotel. That was the only good advise from him. I strongly recommend Bella Venezia hotel, which was around the corner. Strong internet, a/c, free welcome drink and free small bottles with wine, nice patio, no city tax.

The hotel is is in a great spot with a great view of the old fortress. The rooms are a little dated and could probably use a little updating but they were very clean and comfortable. The location was great with everything very easy to walk to. We had a car and we’re able to find parking but we were there in late March, I am sure it would be more difficult in the summer.

Fantastic Hotel with stunning views!
Fantastic, authentically Greek hotel! Yes, it could do with some updating in areas but we absolutely loved its charm. We were on the 5th floor at the front and the views were stunning. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range from continental, fruit, pastries to cooked items. Loved every minute, even the ancient lift! Will definitely return!

Everything was so clean - especially the bathroom which often lets a hotel down. Service was friendly and very helpful. Arriving early in the morning, our room was made available at 12.30! Fruit salad at breakfast could have been a little better…

If you go with your mind set to the fact that this is a historic hotel and not a modern one than you are good. Wifi is very slow. Staff was super friendly.
