Honestly Loved the resort! It’s very aesthetically pleasing and very zen! The staff did a great job with entertainment, activities and exceptional service. Please TRY all the food, if you’re a picky eater, be prepared. Overall, the trip was amazing, the hotel was amazing, the hotel room was beautiful. I had a wonderful time and I’m sure you will too.

The resort is amazing. Have a lot of nice amenities. But the staff is horrible. I had an issue with bugs in my room. Ants is one thing but when you start having roaches and big insects it’s an issue. Especially for the money you pay. I told the staff about the bug issue they didn’t seem to care or try to make it right. Other than that it’s a nice resort. Night lift and restaurants are good. Including breakfast in the morning.

We booked this resort back in October when it had better reviews and a higher rating. I decided to read the reviews a few days before our trip to boost the excitement but was shocked to read all the negative reviews. It obviously was too late to change the reservation and we stayed there last week. All I can say is that we had an amazing time there. Beautiful place and architecture. Good food, super nice staff and more importantly a clean facility.

Staff was great not counting MGMT. Food poor at best at all specialty restaurants. cold or way over cooked Buffet was 50/50 Had ants/bed bugs? in my room, bites on my body. They moved me to a further room and downgrade from my 1st room MGMT said they would get back to me, still havent heard from them. 5 weeks later PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE

We stayed at the Hilton Tulum as a group of 13 people, including 5 kids, for a delightful 6-night stay. Our overall experience was fantastic, with well-equipped and beautiful facilities, including the property, rooms, and pools. The process of checking in and reserving our restaurants was exceptionally easy and smooth, taking us approximately 45 minutes in total. The staff at the Hilton Tulum were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the food and drinks, finding them to be a cut above what we've experienced at other all-inclusive resorts. The Kids Club and its staff were amazing, although we wished they accepted children under 4 years old, as we would have loved to enjoy the spa together. Nonetheless, our kids had a blast at the splash pad and water park, even though we opted not to use the kids' pool despite its warm water due to water clearity and cleaness. If you're a beach and ocean enthusiast, it's worth noting that the Hilton Tulum has a rocky beach. Consider alternatives with sandy beaches for extensive ocean swimming. Alternatively, bring water shoes, as we experienced some cuts on our feet. The staff was quick to assist and clean the wounds, but precautions are advisable. The night life and yoga classes were enjoyable, although the nightlife could be enhanced with more outdoor dance and DJ time or shows. I personally appreciated the sunrise salutation experience. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed in Mexico. The food and facilities are excellent. Room service is fast. There are so many options for activities and food. They’ve done a great job with the interior design and have incorporated a lot of Mexican architecture and natural elements. The beaches are not as big but they’re stayed true to the natural landscape which brings a unique charm. You can swim in the sea and the infinity pools are amazing. I’m going to stay here again.
