Everything was perfect. The room, the restaurants, the hospitality, the staff. For me it is the best hotel I have stayed in Cancun and playa del Carmen. It is not an all inclusive but you will get excellent drinks, food and service worth the price you are paying. I prefer to pay for quality than for quantity. I will go back for sure. Thank you to Fernando at the front desk for the great ocean front room. And to all the servers and staff members that made our stay so perfect and memorable

Fantastic time as always!! 4th time at this hotel and it’s our fave! Amazing staff, great service, wonderful time, so clean, lovely rooms and decor, love the beachfront balcony views, and especially breathtaking beach views, great location by lots of nice restaurants on the strip, can’t say enough great things! Thanks to checkin Samuel, and Danitza Lady in red and Ruben guest relations, Hermes and Raynaldo by the pool, housekeeping ladies, inroom service dining staff especially juan and jimmy and maria! Josue and Angel by breakfast everyday! The breakfast buffet or a lacarte is fantastic! Same crew as before and a big thanks to everyone of the team! Such a lovely time! Pool was fabulous and service on the beach our fave! Highly recommend the kempinski For a quiet relaxing lovely sun vacation! Can’t wait to be back again soon!!
