Strange area, non responsive hotel staff (called 7 times with no response to request late checkout, they only called back when it was time to check out and only extended this by 30 minutes), went downstairs and staff was all chatting in lobby. Not sure what the urgency was to kick us out. Hotel elevator button for 2nd floor was broken. Snack area in lobby was barely stocked. Found someone's fake nail in the hotel room. Barely any towels in the room. Overall, to say this place was mediocre would be giving it too much credit. Never again.

No fault of Hotels.com, but LaQuinta's standards
Check in was quirky in that she claimed the reservation was under a different name, for the incorrect number of nights and unpaid. That got cleared up. The room was clean, but could use repairs and an update. The closet door was secured shut with scotch tape. There were no tissues or drinking cups. There was what looked like a shower cap over the smoke alarm, which I'm sure is a violation. This location served its purpose this time, but I won't be staying again.

I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but this place was too bad not to. Checking in I was handed a room key that looked to be used, it had grease stains on it and the key card holder had white out over the room number. One of the elevator buttons barely worked so you had to push it a special way to get the button to light up. I get to my room and there is not a single towel in the room and all of the lights are unplugged. I try to call the front desk for towels and the phone did not work. I went down to the front desk and let them know there were zero towels in the room and they give me 1 singular full size towel that had stains all over it. I left the sign on the door asking for room service the following day and when I returned that night no one had cleaned the room so I was still without new towels. I could go on and on about how poorly everything seemed to be ran and nothing seemed clean. I would avoid this location if possible.
