Hi Colin, I am so sorry you have felt this way! This is the first time someone has commented on the bed in this unit, so we were not aware that it was so bad. I wish we had known while you were here.. we could have taken over a mattress topper or something temporally for you. Nor were we aware of any issues with the chairs. Unfortunately, as we do not sleep/stay in these apartments, we do rely on feedback from our guests (personally would be better) about certain issues. Hi David, Sorry to hear that there was some confusion with your booking. However it was in fact a studio (or a bed sitter as you've called it) unit you had booked not a 1 bedroom apartment. In regards to the dirty carpets & dust, these were not discovered by us prior to your departure, but we do apologise for any inconvenience.

Hi Jocko, Thank you for your review. Glad you found the unit to be clean and a decent size. There should be a clock radio in the unit, we will have to have a look to see what happened with it.We weren't aware of any issues with the tap water or the bathroom doors, so we will investigate these as well. Unfortunately, the wifi can slow down if you are using it in peak times. Washing up of cutlery is just a standard request. But I will take your comment on board & look at a more convenient way of this process. Thank you again for your review. Mel & Vlad
