We’re so sorry you were not completely delighted with your experience. We always ask our customers, at check-in, to immediately let us know if there is anything they need or are unhappy about, so your comments have taken us by surprise. Had you mentioned the towel problem we would have told you there were four extra towels in the bathroom right under the hand basin and we could have easily provided drying racks or space on the clothesline just outside your bathroom. There is no ceiling fan however there is a terrific A/C in the room. Brian sprays the garden for mosquitoes but at present, in winter, we could not find any - however, we do know some people are very sensitive to mosquitoes. No one has ever complained about the quantity or the condition of the many jams, butter, spreads, we provide, but since you are concerned about this we have taken this on board and have now provided, in addition, little sealed packs of all the different spreads. The towel rack is slim but it has two rails and so it is designed and fits two towels ok, in addition, there is a big double stainless steel hook right next to it for additional hanging space right opposite the shower. We are taking your whole drying issue on board and getting a heated towel rail for this room also. Finally, you mentioned that this, lower-cost room of our two, is at the front of the house and Riding Rd can be busy at times, however, the room has hush glass in the two floor to ceiling bi-folds, a view out to a beautiful garden (we are told) a deck with comfortable seating, lawn, a large fountain and a huge hedge which provides total privacy. I hope that these changes we make will improve our accommodation even more.
