Everything was great. The staff, the room, the breakfast buffet. The price was very affordable considering we had a jacuzzi tub. I will definitely be booking again when in the area!

Hotel was outdated. Photos do not match the rooms in the conditions they are in. There is a huge gap under the room doors in every room so you hear everything from the hallways. People slamming doors all night long, screaming at each other, and beating on our door in the middle of the night. We asked guest services to do something about it and they refused to. Worse stay in Branson ever.

The bed are horrible and worst part is the noise after hours. It wasnt even peck season and people were partying like it was.
