THIS WAS A NICE ENOUGH HOTEL BUT NO AMENITIES TO SPEAK OF. VENDING MACHINE HAS NO PRICING SO YOU HAVE TO GUESS WHAT THE PRICE IS. POP TARTS WERE SOLD OUT BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY SNACK THAT HAD A HANDWRITTEN $1.00 WRITTEN ON BELOW IT. BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT IT SHOULD BE LABELED MORE AS A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. HARD BOILED EGGS AND STORE BOUGHT SMALL SWEET ROLLS. THIS IS A GREAT SITE FOR THOSE WHO ARE USING IT FOR A HIKING OR CYCLING EXPERIENCE. NO "LAKES" TO SPEAK OF. MATTRESS WAS OLDER AND LUMPY. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THE AVERY BREWERY WAS GREAT AND WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALK. BOULDER IS A FABULOUS CITY AND IF WE HAD BEEN STAYING LONGER WE WOULD HAVE STAYED IN THE CITY ITSELF.

Awesome spot in a quiet neighborhood setting with very walkable green space just outside the door, good restaurants in a 5 minute radius and away from the in-own bustle. Nothing fancy, but very clean, quiet, and reasonable.

We didnt expect this level of service from a hotel thats literally tucked into a neighborhood. Very quiet and super safe! They lock the door at 6pm and access is by your key-LOVE THIS. Staff greeted us like family and were so helpful and friendly! The room is very spacious and clean-i did find alot of hair on the bathroom floor which was surprising because everything else was spotless. We will most certainly be back. A real jewel and very affordable!
