Great location to ferry and train. 800 Baht taxi ride from airport. An older hotel with spacious rooms. We had a 90sqm room with bedroom and separate living space. Nice breakfast in restaurant which overlooks the pool. Some parts of hotel need some renovation- timber of pool decking appears to be at the end of it’s safe life. Pool was lovely to swim in. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We would stay again.

Centrepoint Silom is very well situated …train and ferry just a few minutes walk away A short ferry ride to Icon Siam and many other attractions located off the Chao Phraya River Accessible to good food, necessities (Top supermarket) and transport For those who need their fast food - McDonald and KFC is just downstairs Re: the hotel itself Two lifts is not sufficient. Long waits and overcrowdeding at peak times One of the room I was in 2015/2007, the aircon was an Artic blast Couldn’t turn down the temperature or the speed The hotel AC crew came but couldn’t do anything 1 requested for an extra duvet and that was still insufficient Throughout that night I had to switch off the AC and then switch back on when it got too warm to sleep…this happened 2/3 times through the night The placement of the aircon must be changed Just an observation The hotel crew was Room service crew on the 20th floor was great. Better than the ones servicing 23 floor Yes I stayed in 3 different rooms - all separate bookings HOTEL.COM PLEASE NOTE my stay under your booking for 14-19 January and credit me for the 5 nights Had an advisory from you that I’ll lose two room nights if I do not book or stay by end February Please look into that

Good enough

For the rate it was fine. I only stayed 1 night. I wouldn’t stay there again. It wasn’t bad but it’s not a 4 star hotel. I would say 3. It was clean the staff was friendly and it was cheap. You can take the shuttle boat it’s right next to the hotel to the mall. For sure do that it’s 8BHT and way faster than a taxi

Our room was clean and well-kept. Flexible check-in times allowed us to book this room even though our flight arrived at BKK at midnight. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is connected to a nice shopping mall with plenty of food options and is a 5 minute walk away from the ferry and BTS train station. Great location at the right price, would stay here again.

My review has more to do with the neighborhood than the hotel proper. Particularly after saying in Siam Square the week prior, I found the neighborhood to be pretty grimy, with not much to offer for someone looking for good shopping or dining nearby. I had just a few hours to walk around, but there was little to see in walking distance, so I simply returned to my room. The room was spacious, although a little dated. No bar was definitely a disappointment. Staff was professional and courteous. The taxi driver had a lot of difficultly finding an entrance, so he dropped us off a block or two away to find it on our own.
