My room was extremely visibly dirty! I had to purchase Lysol wipes to wipe down hard surfaces light switches door knobs etc. I have 3 small children staying in the room. The bath tub was filthy!!!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was a good sized suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love that it has a common area to eat dinner and relax on the sofa to watch TV. The staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. The hotel was nice and appeared clean. However, there were a few minor issues. The bed was too hard. The heat wouldn’t turn off even though I set the thermostat to 69 degrees. This caused the room temperature to remain at 74 degrees the entire stay. There was mold in the shower on the wall. The water pressure in the shower was too low.
