stayed for a singular night to watch BeetleJuice at Proctors which was conveniently next door and Front Desk was so nice, Front Desk allowed me to check about 20 mins early which was so helpful after 5 hours of driving. Area of the hotel is so quiet and peaceful even at night.

The staff was great. They allowed my friends to decorate the room with balloons for our engagement. Carly is amazing. She has been there since I’ve been going 4 years ago. They know me now. Sadly our AC is always not working but they tried fixing it. Didn’t ruin the trip though!

Overall nice location and service
Overall, it was a positive experience and the hotel was Within walking distance of the theater, where we went to see our show. The only concern we had was that the temperature controls in the room did not work, and there were no instructions on how to use them. By the time we got back to our room, it was late at night and therefore we did not bother trying to get it fixed so we just Went to sleep and dealt with the overly warm room conditions. Everything else was good and the front desk check in and check out procedures for very easy and the complementary breakfast was pretty standard for any hotel
