Overall great experience and great stay! Would recommend and would visit again. This resort has everything we want in an all inclusive experience. Plenty of shade on the beach, food and bars everywhere, a comfortable bed and large room, and wildlife everywhere. Specific shoutouts to the following staff members: Karen - very friendly and attentive beach waitress Yolanda - exceptional waitress at the Japanese restaurant Edgar - helpful restaurant manager that made us feel valued and special Mateo - exceptional server at the French restaurant Juan - very attentive waiter at the buffet The cons list is small and negligible, but here are a couple things we noticed: - Grout in our bathroom was starting to look a bit dirty - sand on beach was a bit “rocky” and compacted - specialty restaurants can be tough to get scheduled even though they aren’t physically full

This was our second time at this resort (first time with no kids) this time with our toddler. We really enjoy everything this resort has to offer from their different pool areas ranging from activity pools,, kid activity pool, quiet pools, and the lazy river to the expansive green spaces with lots of different wildlife to see. The beach is excellent with ample amount of chairs and places to sit. We enjoyed the variety of food at the ala cartes but also the main buffet area was delicious as well if you’re not wanting to book ala cartes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we will return to this resort as we were very happy.
