The staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and quiet. Queen Vic Markets in short walking distance, with plenty of transport around the Hotel and only a few minutes travel to the Bourke st Mall, Docklands precinct, DFOs and Dining choices.

The gym and pool area was adequate for our stay as was the laundry facilities. Our room was basic and the kitchenette served a purpose to make breakfast as needed. Downside was the bed, the mattress was soft towards the middle and led to an uneven sleeping position. The bottom sheet seemed too small for the bed and kept coming untucked resulting in an uncomfortable experience.
