Great spot near Old Town and the river. The junior suite had plenty of room, and the bathroom was excellent—new with lots of room and 2 sinks. The gentleman at reception when I arrived was fantastic! He was so helpful, and welcoming, and professional.

The hotel was average overall. Very clean with comfy beds. The staff was pleasant. The biggest issue was that the shower flooded every time you used it. When we brought this to the staffs attention they basically shrugged and said “sorry that’s odd”. Their solution was to bring us more towels to clean up the water. Beds were very comfortable but we were woken up at 8am (after being awake for 30 hours) by maintenance pounding on walls. The location was amazing, but that was really the only thing that made this stay ok for us.

The hotel was quite nice. The room was clean and larger than we expected. The bedding was traditional Swiss and it was a bit uncomfortable for my old back. The staff was a mixture of very nice and pleasant and not very friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was abrupt and rude and cut me off mid sentence several times. The young woman was friendly and nice.
