It was a nice looking property and have chosen it because it was non smoking. On our arrival the front counter staff saw us entering with 4 suitcases and struggling with the door but didn’t get up or offer assistance. There was no tea and coffee in the rooms we had to request this and then were given 2 bags of tea. Beds were uncomfortable and had hollowing and uneven sides
