The Space:
Willow Three Tiny House is the perfect accommodation in rural Willow Tree, NSW—farm stay near The Plains Pantry and Graze Willow Tree accommodation, in the village of Willow Tree, just an hour's drive from the city of Tamworth. This farm stay showers you with scenes of beautiful nature, outdoor activities and amazing locales to visit such as Barrington Tops National Park, Lake Glenbawn and Lake Keepit.
This stay is complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.
Guests are allowed to explore the property but are advised to keep a safe distance or avoid touching the electric fences used around the horse yards.

- Willow Tree Train Station is 5.2km away. If you're interested, pick-up can be pre-arranged with land host in advance

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
