ABOUT THE HOME
Experience the family getaway you've been looking for, the ultimate ski-in, ski-out slope side location. Step into this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome, where you'll be greeted by a bright and open space. An abundance of windows that flood the main living space with natural light, a cozy gas fireplace and cedar accents make this a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the main patio, overlooking Alpha lake in the Valley and stunning mountains in the distance. Equipped with a BBQ, perfect for those warm summer evenings.

On the main floor, you'll find a twin bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, an in-suite washer/dryer is available for your laundry needs. The garage provides ample space to store skis in the winter and bikes during the summer.

Head up the stairs to the upper level, you'll find another guest bedroom featuring a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony, where you can soak in the breathtaking mountain views. The master suite offers ample space, complete with a generous closet area and a luxurious ensuite featuring a walk-in shower and bathtub allowing you to unwind after exploring all Whistler has to offer.


COMPLEX: TALUSWOOD "THE RIDGE"
With ski-in, ski-out access, you can easily hit the slopes for skiing or snowboarding. Additionally, the surrounding area offers fantastic opportunities for hiking and mountain biking, allowing you to explore and appreciate the natural beauty of the mountains. The views from this complex are unparalleled.

LOCATION: CREEKSIDE
This is where it all started, the original Whistler. You will enjoy the more relaxed, slower-paced vibe of Whistler Creekside, with everything you need all in one place. Whistler Creekside is complete with arguably some of the best restaurants in the resort, a grocery store, liquor stores, multiple gyms and a few local bars for Apres. Creekside is well connected to the Main Village by both the scenic Valley Trail and by various bus lines that arrive multiple times an hour. Revel in the scenery of both Nita and Alpha Lakes, beautiful trail walks and generally quieter lift queues up Creekside Gondola; this is the perfect location for your alpine getaway in both summer and winter!

Parking for one vehicle in the garage. Visitor parking across the parking lot by the garbage room. Dedicated parking spot to unit 4.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
- Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
Base occupancy is 7 adults and max occupancy is 8 adults. The 8th adult pays C$35 per night. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
