The room was very clean. The breakfast was sufficient. Elevator was a little slow. Convenient and close to everything. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

Exterminator NEEDED
I had bugs in my room and I checked out way earlier than expected (8am) and waited for my team in the lobby until 11am! The female at the desk tried to tell me she was gonna send housekeeping to my room. What the hell was housekeeping gonna do. They need an exterminator. She brushed me off as if she didn't care. Then proceeds to tell me she had to speak to her supervisor and NEVER got back to me! I sat there for hours and nothing. We stay at microtel hotels all the time with my travel team and this is the worse experience ever. I lost sleep and had to deal with 40 football players for the whole day. There was no compensation offered and I feel disrespected & disgusted! You lost a customer especially when we book over 25 rooms every year here! What a disgrace.... I still haven't heard anything back from corporate and i followed up but still nothing!
