Amazing!
Staff at the desk were welcoming upon arrival & were friendly throughout the stay. Room was neat, clean, and comfortable. Great size for value & had several amenities in room. Breakfast was good with several options available. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool, and water slide. Would 100% stay again & would recommend it to all groups staying in Kelowna. Location is close to several restaurants and shops making it easily accessible. Short drive to main Kelowna.

We were very impressed with the hotel. We were travelling with our dog and the staff made us feel so welcome . We were in room 4012 and the only thing was the bathroom sink was slow draining. Needed a shot of drano! The only disappointment is the lounge did not open until 5pm on a long weekend. We would have loved to have sat and had a drink around 3 or 4pm . I feel it was an opportunity for the hotel to Make some revenue as the hotel was busy. All in all an awesome stay!!

I had an incredible stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kelowna West! The location is perfect, surrounded by fabulous restaurants and plenty of stores. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were impressively spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Highly recommend for a delightful experience!
