The service in the afternoon was rude. My room was 80 degrees and I had to ask for help to cool the room 4 times. Finally got someone only to have to move to another room. I saw other hotels surrounding this one that looked much cleaner and nice.

The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants. The rooms are comfortable. The beds are comfortable. On the first day the internet was down, I asked for help from the front desk but they could not help. The breakfast was bland at best.

Great location
Great location in the DC area. Very safe neighborhood, it’s right next to the Ritz Carlton. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Lincoln Memorial. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Also walking distance to the circulator bus route. Rooms were updated and clean. The breakfast was actually very good, plenty of selection, which I was very surprised about.
