Parking was terrible. Did not explain amd the attendant just closwd the the garage in us and did not explain amything to us (like I will be back and chech you in). No we had to find a garage that closed and pay for parki g then had to leave our car and could not gwt it back tol the morning afterwards. All could have been avoided with COMMUNICATION!!! Especially since the attendant saw us in the car waiting. Will not come back.

No breakfast on property even though advertised. Coffee station only offers sugared creamer options no milk and no half and half. I asked for milk they told me it expired and they had none. Not offering guests money to nearby breakfast accommodations in lieu of only points which don't really amount to much use of anything. Offered late check out cards deactivated before check out not demagnetized multiple cards were not usable. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant and it was the lady when we checked in the others had a horrible attitude. The 24he coffee station was not 24hr tried at 4:30am to get coffee and wasn't available.

The room was spacious and clean. The location had a small fitness center which was nice. The only things that could have been better are that the curtain is sheer which makes privacy a concern and difficult in blocking out the light in the morning, and the breakfast was cancelled (but I was aware of this before arriving).

The property advertises breakfast, but there is no breakfast available (only coffee and tea). Body wash was not available in the room (they ran out). We needed to request extra towels. The curtains are transparent, so there is light in the room all night. The ladies' bathroom was dirty, too. The beds were comfortable, and the room itself was clean.
