The staff & convenient location in walkable distances to my destinations were the highlight of this stay. I also liked the tall side table in the room that allowed me to have a "standing" desk option for an eveing zoom call. My rating lowered because of the traffic sounds late/early in the days that impacted my sleep. The staff kindly moved me from the 3rd to 7th floor, which was beneficial.

I give 4 star because the beds are really small but other than that the breakfast is really good and the staff very friendly close to the convention center White House is 20 minutes walking the Smithsonian museum is also 20 minutes walking they have an agreement with a parking that is like 5 minutes walking.

Everything was very small. From the room size to the beds. Our room felt very old and dirty. There was dried blood on the tissue box in the bathroom. Wallpaper was pealing off the walls. Window to nowhere in the bathroom had a huge draft of cold air coming through it. The list goes on. Will not stay here again.

Poor Room Layout
Great location, and bed was comfortable. Biggest concern was the layout of the room. There was no room to walk around the bed with the amount of furniture in the room. Looks like it was a converted storage room. very uncomfortable anytime you weren't laying on the bed. Lots of wasted room that was a hallway.
