This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. Such a beautiful hotel, the rooms are exquisite with huge attention paid to the little details. The staff were simply wonderful and the welcome we received was outstanding. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the old town and almost next to St Stephen’s cathedral. We had such a relaxing two nights - the pillows were like sleeping on clouds!! Would highly recommend

Great stay, will be back!
Lovely hotel in a great location, room and service from the hotel were perfect. Service in DOTs was a little surly but I understand this is run separately from the hotel, given there is so much in the area we didn't feel the need to return to DOTs for a meal.

This hotel is very special, really stylish and beautifully furnished and decorated. Brilliant location right in centre of Vienna with lots of great restaurants, bars and attractions in walking distance. Lovely bar in hotel for drinks before and after dinner. Staff really helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly and will be back!

Definitely stay here for all things Vienna
Loved the friendly welcome and the stunning rooms. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the bedroom was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the free mini bar and bottle of wine in the room was a lovely extra. Only downside is the breakfast, it's a bit chaotic in the morning and you have to wait to be served so was a little bit stressful each day but the food was excellent.

Very nice staff, wine on arrival whilst checking in. Helpful porter who escorted us to our wonderful room and explained how all the facilities worked. Nothing to dislike.
