This is a Rio-themed hotel. Since I have lived in Brazil and speak Portuguese, I enjoyed talking with the friendly staff. They have an attached bar that makes an excellent caipirinha. However, there is one reason I would not stay here again ... I like my room dark when I sleep. There was a red light around the edge of the headboard of our bed and there did not seem to be any way to turn it off. As a result, our room was bathed in a red light all night which interfered with my sleep.

Close to public transit so it’s easy to get to city center but it’s still a bit far from town. The area is nice and feels safe, it’s right near the University of Vienna. A true 3-4 star hotel, nothing too remarkable but also nothing to complain about!
