The list isn’t quite correct, I thought I booked the beach house, however when we got there it was a motel suite so the owner did told us that the Expedia had described incorrect information about the property. Please resolve this so other guest is t confused about the information given.

When I booked the property it said it had a rating of 12/10. I don’t mind an older property but the pictures show the hotel on the sand and very clean. The pictures are not accurate. The hotel is new to card keys and the keys didn’t work all the time. We had four rooms and had to get keys fixed everyday we were there. The staff is not always in the office so at one point we had to wait for the office manager to return to get our keys fixed and enter our room.

Great location but …
Great beach-friendly location with good restaurants within walking distance, but the room was not much. No closet. So-so beds. Small kitchen sink that drained very slowly. First morning continental breakfast wasn’t available for the first two hours or so of the advertised time, and no decaf was served. Staff were pleasant. Nearby neighbors argued loudly every evening. No cleaning service.

Never coming back to this hotel again
Didn’t even get a refund, didn’t end up staying here, walked in and within 15 minutes booked somewhere else. I was disgusted with the poor cleanliness, rundown, and overall unsettling experience.
