The front desk staff were beyond excellent. I was checking in when I noticed one of them EXTREMELY patiently helping an elderly British guest who continued to demand that they help them with cell phone issues related to British telecom that had nothing to do with the hotel. The same level of courtesy and compassion were extended to all they interacted with. The rooms were great (especially for Venice) and I have no complaints at all.

We stayed here for 3 nights the rooms are super clean and spacious the staff(compared to Europe hotel rooms) the reception helps alot with the public transportation that is affordable and easier than the taxi that are super expensive. nice restaurant 3 minutes walk.
