Good place to stay.
Five days in Venice. The hotel is strategically placed. We walked or used the boat bus, all easily accessible. Typically the room was small, but we were able to adjust for the time we were there. Be advised. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Exiting the elevator were a serried of stairs up and down to approach our room. Terrible challenging for handling luggage.

A great stay !!
Enjoyed 3 nights in this fantastic located hotel. Very friendly helpful staff with an upgraded room on arrival. Very efficient check in and friendly hard working breakfast team. Enjoyed the mix of continental and hot breakfast mix. Comfortable room and great views of the Grand canal. Would use again if we head back to this fantastic city.

Repeated leaks in the bathroom, including significant standing water when we checked in. Water damage throughout the room. Maintenance merely mopped up water with our own towels in the room and left. Not ideal.
