They upgraded my room from a queen to a junior suite. I didn't want the upgrade but they said l had to. The suite was dirty and clearly not frequently used. While l was running a bath, after cleaning the bathtub myself, the faucet stopped working and would only send water through the shower head. I called the front desk repeatedly with no answer. When l went downstairs, there was nobody in the lobby and it appeared that the attendant had been ignoring my calls. I told him that my faucet was broken and he said he would call a maintenance man. When the maintenance man arrived he was very hostile and asked me how l had broken the faucet. As l tried to explain to him that l hadn't done anything and that the faucet had just broken, he got angry and yelled at me to tell him how l'd broken it so that he could fix it. When l calmly told him l didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me, he told me l wasn't permitted to raise my voice to him. He fiddled with the faucet until it went back to running into the tub, then told me it was fixed. I explained that l would like the use of both the bath AND the shower, which caused him to leave in a huff saying it was broken. He said he would speak to the front desk and they would transfer me to another room. This was at 10:15pm. I waited until 10:35 to be moved. I called downstairs repeatedly. When l went to the lobby, the attendant was on his phone and said he'd forgotten about me. Overall, a very expensive and dissapointing experience.
