An excellent bargain property in the heart of vancouver. They kept the shared bathrooms clean, the front desk staff were so nice and helpful, and the rooms - while basic - were comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely one of the best budget stays ive ever had

Surprised no tv in room - not a big deal. Surprised sink in room - nice, not expected. Surprised I couldn't operate the cold beverage machine on serving floor - a water would have been nice but not a big deal.

Just thankful to get parkiing free but was tired and a bit tricky I was driving around few times around block not realizing where it was, then had to walk and walk up from 2 area where you can park as you can not take the elevator out of this parking lot.

We got there just their hot water quit. We did get a discount per day, which almost made up for the COLD showers. But they were very nice about it. Location was right downtown. Were there from MN for a Wild game. Walked six blocks to the arena. Several restaurants along the way. Great place to start a walking tour of Vancouver! At the bar next door, order a martini 'like David likes it".
