The location was good but the property is starting to show its age. The room was dark due to only having a very small window. The “free breakfast” was a joke - paper plates and a bucket for liquids right next to the tables. Very poor value for money.

The location is very good. Central to many restaurants and Vancouver excursions. The rooms are small but newly renovated. The building itself is old but clean.

We were disappointed about the Pub that was close in that evening we wanted to have our dinner in the same place of our hotel. We checked their menu and seemed pretty good, but we have to go out to dine in other restaurant.

Parking a block away is very inconvenient. Also expensive at $25/daily. However, The front desk staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The elevator is tiny and there was quite a wait to be able to get downstairs at check out time with all my bags. Something “gluten free” in the breakfast bar would have been nice. Just a piece of fruit even. Over all, not a bad stay

The hotel didn't have tap and needed a physical card - this would have been good to know before heading there as my cards are digital. The pool wasn't on site, and was half a block away to walk to. This also would've been nice to know ahead of time

This hotel is an older no-frill property, but the location is as short walk to Waterfront Station -- SkyTrain for both Canada Line (to airport and connection to BC Ferries to Vancouver Island) and for the Expo line. The room offers basic comfort, most windows have no views but it is clean, non-carpeted, plus the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, especially for downtown Vancouver!
