Double charged wrongfully and without notice.
they charged in advance when it was "pay at property" and were extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to understand why this happened. They then also charged upon check in, and I am still waiting for the early charge to be returned to me. Unacceptable!

The biggest issue we had- in the midst of winter the heater in the room had been turned *completely off*, presumably as a cost-saving measure, when we arrived for our brief overnight stay while waiting for a connection. We didn’t discover it til the morning, which made for a very cold night.

The proximity to things around you were amazing, got a bottle of wine on our stay for the room across the street and the next morning a coffee from Starbucks (both 250m away). We had dinner at a great little cafe at the end of the street, story cafe. Breakfast was decent, lots of carby options to tide you over for your flight the next day. Shuttle was promt and served us at 5:20am for take off and 12:30am when we flew back... It's an older site but the rooms were clean and the neighborhood was quiet for traffic noise ect. For the price I would recommend over $250 choices around the corner
