We have a wonderful stay here. All the staff was really really helpful and kind. We found it really easy to get around and lots of great places to eat near by. Easy walking to Granville island water taxi and Science World. Two great bakeries close by. We were traveling with 3 kids and are coming from another big city so our kids are used to seeing all kinds of city dwellers. If you aren't comfortable with seeing all walks of life ( homeless or drug users) then Granville street or Vancouver as a whole might not be for you.

The property is good for the price. Has good basics and overall great staff. The parking was easy, and so was check in and checkout. The location is pretty unbeatable, although not the best if you're noise sensitive. The few things that I'd say are lacking are: none of the outlets in the tables worked... Only one where you had to leave your phone on the floor at the bottom of the bed... And the toilet paper was single ply and pretty bad...
