Pros: The buildings and ambience, large rooms well appointed, quiet location.
Cons: Access, the villa was quite a long way from Ubud centre and not close to main road.
Location: not quite in ubud
Facilities: Above average; Value: Affordable; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: as expected from reviews; The staff where extremely helpful and looked after every need, and although there was a good shuttle service from hotel the timetable was restrictive.

Dear Guest, We are 3.9km from center town. It takes only 5 min by car to reach. We are an eco-resort and offer all facilities as per our website. We run an organic restaurant - everything is freshly prepared. We do not serve instant food. We want all guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
