I paid for my stay online and went in there talked to the lady I think her name was Jennifer but she said no you didn’t pay for your room you paid for a reservation 114$ I said no I paid for my room I did it online she said not her problem so I asked for a managers number she gave me her hotel number and I said you didn’t give me her number she said why would I. So I got alhold of hotels.com and he was absolutely amazing resolved everything quick. But the lady was still rude

Rooms and public spaces were clean. Condition generally good - bathroom had sagging wallpaper and such, but renovation is underway and I assume that is being addressed. Renovation was not an inconvenience at all. The black out curtains were smaller than the window, so not highly effect.

This hotel is being renovated - but our room which I’m assuming had been renovated was still under construction. Electrical outlets were missing from the wall, Sheetrock dust was on counters, sheets were old and threadbare, door of room had not been fully painted - only touched up. The room felt dirty and old.

We were disappointed in our stay. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and usual amenities that one can get in other hotels, even less expensive ones, were missing. The ice machines were not working, There were no extra towels or bedding and when we called the front desk for some we hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes. The guest parking was up several levels and on the opposite side of the hotel than the rooms, so getting to our room was a long walk. At 11:30 pm there was a fire alarm and a recording telling us to exit the building using the stairs. We and other guests did so, but once outside there was no direction given by any staff. The guests decided to go back into the lobby as the fire department hadn't even arrived. We all stood and sat in the lobby and never received any direction from staff. In fact, they continued to check in a new guest and ignored all of us standing in the lobby. Another staff finally arrived and guests started to walk back to the elevators, but we were never given an all clear. Finally the fire department arrived and was told that a staff member had walked the building and they were not needed. Thankfully, they came back in to assess the situation and determined that all was ok. Still no information was given to the group at all. We all had to ask for ourselves if we could go back to our rooms.

I booked a double room almost a month before this trip, I had 3 adults traveling in my group. When we checked in and got to the room it was a king with a sofa. I went back down to the desk and was informed they were completely booked and didn’t have any doubles left. I told them I booked this over 3 weeks out for that reason. Nothing they could do, sofa was a sleeper. One of our group said they would sleep on sofa. Said sofa was very uncomfortable, the room was very crowded with sofa opened to sleeper. Breakfast had limited options. There was no water as an option as a drink at the breakfast. I was charged an additional $25 from what I was charged with Expedia. Will be calling this morning to see what the deal is with that.

Very nice stay.
After I booked then reads reviews I was a little worried we’d have much to deal with. We were an attending a Christian Women’s Conference and most nearby hotels were booked. Luckily we were able to get a room here. I have to say the stay was great! From the front desk staff to housekeeping we were met with nothing but smiles and completely accommodating attitudes. I would definitely stay at this location again.
