The man that called me was so rude and disrespectful i will never book with them anymore and yea he threatening to cancel my reservation so i told him go ahead because he do stop nothing and it was for my son birthday party. Find another better price and better customer service

I would give it a 10. However my rooms AC did not work on my 3rd day. Went and mentioned it to the clerk but he just told me how to reset it. I did that and it still dont work

There was no breakfast ready We waited 15 minutes and there was still no breakfast ready. We couldnt wait any longer and left. In room 206, the bed sheets had some holes in them. We were not warned about the bathroom having a clear wall so no one showered. They also said it was not very clean.
