The smell almost set us packing!
The service was fine and the hotel was fairly clean but there was a smell that was just terrible in the whole building. It kept my family up at night it was so bad. The smell was mostly cigarettes but it also seemed I a effort to cover that up there was something in the heater so when it kicked on there was a strong burst of a perfume smell. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to others.

It was ok. On the website it says one of the amenities was a blow dryer. Mine was broken and the outlet was also broken in the bathroom. I have long hair and I called the front desk asking if they could get me a blow dryer from another room being they just plug in. The person at the desk this past Sunday night told me and I quote,"I was lucky there was a blow dryer at all being they don't provide that as an amenity" If that's the case remove it from the list of amenities in the websites that this hotel is featured in. I own a blow dryer and would have just pack one if that was the case. Room was just ok this time, we've started before and never had any issues. Normally staff is very accommodating. So I was very surprised about the above because all the other rooms I've started in have had working blow dryers. Our room also had a musty smell I assume from some water damage. I wasn't unsatisfied but not overly satisfied like normal. Hoping this was just a one of instance and that they correct their amenities list a lot of people check for blow dryers at the place they are staying before packing.
