I really liked the close proximity & free shuttle bus to/from airport. I disliked the attitude of the male front desk clerk & disliked how poorly maintained my room was: hole in the wall, sink clogged, uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Staff did not inform on arrival about cleaning procedures. Housekeeping does not come unless you request it at the desk. There are next to no parking spots which is nerve wracking because you are afraid to be towed away at a non hotel parking spot.
