Property was under renovation, so can only speak to our room. It was average—nothing more. Clean, but dated carpets, fixtures, etc. Room was adequate, though on the smaller side.
Staff were helpful and friendly, but did nothing to “wow” me. Waited about 5-8 mins for someone to come when I arrived to check in—nobody was at the desk.
Breakfast was adequate—yogurt, oatmeal, toast, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes. Coffee/tea station 24/7 was a nice perk.
Pool was old, and Inwas very disappointed that the water slide only operates on some (very limited) weekend hours—chose this hotel out of all the Toronto hotels FOR the water slide.
Basic, clean hotel, reasonable price, but nothing special or welcoming.
