The owner full on admitted at check-in that they PURPOSELY falsely advertise about parking as "parking available" and not mention the fee so that they dont lose potential customers. Turns out parking is $15 per night - totally understandable and reasonable but to admit thay to a guest at check in is disgusting operating behavior and not professional by any means.
There are also many strict rules posted randomly around the house. Such as, their locks are pretty tricky and if you dont maneuver them in the EXACT specific way you might break it and you would then be charged for replacing it. Another strange rule was no toilet paper in the toilet or you could be fined.
The neighborhood was quaint and had an old time charm which i quite enjoyed. Unfortunately I woke up to my driver side window smashed even with no valuables in sight. It was not a pleasant stay for me at all.
This will not be my first choice to stay next time, but I guess, in the end, you get what you pay for...
