Lovely hotel, we were able to check in early into better room than expected. Location is perfect for going to most majors attraction down town. Staff is friendly and they have security at night. Would stay here again.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The layout of the room was large and spacious. However it was a bit dated and we noticed that it was quite dusty around the tables/lamps/cabinets. However, a great price for staying right downtown. I was able to use a their laundry room which was super helpful as we stayed several nights. Sheets and bed were clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking to the mall or restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub/sauna in the fitness center.

We stayed here for a 30th birthday celebration. We went to a nearby club and when we returned we were stopped and asked if everyone with us was with the room. Only 1 person was so we went to add the other members name and pay the fee. The manager Herman became very aggressive and physically assaulted a member of our party who started bleeding on her hand. He tried to take a paper from her and grabbed her. The entire event was filmed and recorded. The cops were called and we were asked to leave. They would originally not let us go to the room to get our stuff. The cops assisted. No first aid was given to my friend. We had to demand for a bandaid. This was without a doubt the worst hotel and service of hospitality I have ever received in my entire life. Herman is a great example of someone who got the job by luck. There are many students studying in the hospitality hotel management program. I hope he is replaced by someone who cares about the industry and their guests. The positive was the top floor hot tub. Very clean and well kept.
