When my son and I arrived at the hotel, I found that the booking service had booked a room that was not accessible for my son (who is in a wheelchair). We were upgraded to a better room with an accessible bathroom and shower. The clerk worked very hard to accommodate us. I appreciate that level of service.

When I arrived my room smelled horrible on entry like there was a wet smelly dog in there and the sheet had a big yellow stain on it. I went to front desk and they immediately changed my room which was much better except for the heating system which was loud when running. So loud that you can’t hear the TV. Maybe my experience wasn’t the greatest but I won’t be staying there again.

Way too noisy
Room is clean, but the noise level is unbearable. Needless to say, a room facing the highway is noisy, but I did not expect the noise to be so loud inside the room. The fridge compressor turned on every 3-4 minutes, with a noise so loud, that it was impossible to sleep. The heater also had a compressor, and the noise was constant. Well over 100db. Try to sleep in that racket! Absolutely not a hotel I would recommend for light sleepers
