There were two buildings. One main building where you check in with rooms, and another building across the pathway with more rooms. We stayed in the second building. The building inside was open air. We were on the end room- it snowed up to our door. The onsen is a cold walk outside to the next building. Breakfast small choice but yummy. Onsen nice. Staff okay- not very helpful. Checkin on screens is tricky. Good location 13min to tran station.

Clean and convenient hotel. Breakfast is nice, but menu is the same every day. Rooms are tiny. Really tiny. Zero closet space, luggage must go under the bed. Bathroom is functional but also tiny. No gym on-site.

Yes the rooms are small. But they have everything you need and we didn’t stay in the room during the day anyway. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Lots of dining and activity options around the hotel and conveniently close to several train stations.
