Close to things we needed to visit. Friendly service but room cleaning and pick up of rubbish from room could be more often. We left ours in corridor for 2 days and still there when we left. Great laundry facilities and loved the spa. Great setup in general and we really enjoyed our stay.

On the comment regarding your room cleaning and rubbish, rooms are serviced daily during guests stays, At time of your check in, hoping that you would of been advised by our staff that our Housekeeping staff , during this time in timaru of the omicron/covid being present for the safety of guests and staff that services of rooms were currently not taking place and should you require any thing for your room, fresh linen etc and rubbish in your room to be placed outside your room to please let reception know.
At this time our housekeeping staff over looked the rubbish removal from outside your room.
